On Blog Leave

I finished all my drops early today for my 4 blogs, my girls blog and my cousin's blog. And I managed to do all the assigned opps for my blogs. It is already 11PM and it's too early for me to sleep but we are going to London tomorrow and stay there for one night so I really need to rest now. So droppers, bear with me because I will be on blog leave or shall I say: "Dropper's Leave?" But don't you worry because it will only be for 2 days. My son and my hubby are not so well today but we already had our ticket and my girls are so excited. So, we are going. Hopefully my 2 boys will be better tomorrow. I will be back soon and thank you for your visit and your drop.

Our New Year With Friends

How's your New Year's eve? Us we celebrated it with our friends. As I said we are moving to Australia so this might be our last New Year with them :( I think this will happen again when all of us will be in Philippines, that will be the time when we are already retired because all of us want to spend our old days back home. Thinking of it makes me really sad (I don't know if it is the leaving part or old part, I think both). Anyway, we had a great time as always. We did not had fireworks because we forgotten to buy and we are not brave enough to go outside because the temperature was freezing cold. Below are some pictures that we had that night.

I Hope It Will Be Soon

If you are a regular reader of my blog you already know that me and my family are moving to Australia soon. Right now there is no progress with my application because the one that process my documents is on annual leave and she is not back until 3rd week of January. She said that it is not a good timing for me because it is summer time in Australia. Why? Why I did not processed early? Instead of enjoying the summer there, we are stocked in this very cold place. I am only waiting for a job number and letter from the employer so that I can apply our visa. Hopefully it will happen soon... please Lord. Anyway, right now I am looking for material handling online so that I can start sending our stuff.

My Goddaughter's 1st Birthday

My goddaughter Natasha had her 1st Birthday on 27th of December. Her theme was Strawberry Shortcake. It was very pretty and the birthday girl was so stunning. There was a lot of food and food to bring home too :) The kids had so much fun, just look at the pictures below.

Not everyone had a great year this year. Me myself I would say Year 2008 is not too bad. I just hope that the coming year will be more fruitful and hopefully our plan will be fulfilled by year 2009. Me and my family are wishing everybody to have a better year ahead. Happy New Year to all.

How To Get A Cheap Auto Insurance

Do you know how to get a auto insurance quote? If you don't I will share what I did before why I paid a very cheap insurance for my car. That's before because right now I don't have a car. Me and my husband decided that one car for now is enough for the family. Well, what I did is. I called early in the morning, but before that I already did a quote online so that I have an idea how much I will be paying. So when I spoken to the agent I told him that the other company offered me this and that. And so the agent knocked the price of the insurance down to level with the other competitor and then I said that I will ring again later, which is only a tricked. And the poor agent gave in and said OK because you are my first customer I will give you a discount. Me? A happy customer of course :)

Where???

I am only in my early thirties but I am very forgetful. Not at work though. At work I need to make sure that I am in my 100% complete of mind because I deal with very poorly patients and complicated machines. But it is another story at home. I think because I am so relaxed. I kept forgetting things, just like now I bought a diary to used for 2009 last week but now I cannot find it anywhere. I already looked everywhere that I can think of but I cannot find it. Unless my kiddies used it. Grrrr.

Another Bad News

I just received a message from my cousin. She told me that my grandma's brother died. In just a span of three weeks 4 person that I knew died :( Now it makes me realized that life is too short and we need to make sure that in case whatever happened to us either death or sickness, we will have something that we set aside for our self and for our family. We don't have any control of our health nor accident that will happen to us. So I think getting a disability life insurance is a wise decision.

Fun at The Amusement Park

Pictures we're taken before Christmas at the amusement park about 20 minutes away from our place. My kids had a blast. That was the time that the weather was not too bad so going out with family is very nice. This week the weather is so cold. So even I am on annual leave and it is school break we are staying indoor. Hopefully the weather after New Year is OK as we are planning to go to London.
